Using state of the art advanced investment casting processes, such as gravity casting, wax segmentation and assembly, special gating and runner designs, and hot sizing technique. It has a comprehensive system of mold design, precision wax assembly, gating system design, high strength mold shell preparation, casting, post-processing and inspection, and so on.

ToLand Alloy can mass produce precision castings with casting weight less than 650Kg and maximum diameter of 1500mm.
